Title: “Satan’s Lie 👿”

Scripture: Genesis 3:4,5

The serpent said to the woman, “You surely shall not die! For God knows that in the day you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”

Observation: What is God saying to me?

My child, the serpent, has been using this lie from the beginning of human existence. He is trying to deceive and convince you of this same lie. He is telling you that I do not want what's best for you and I am withholding goodness from you. He is pitting you against Me.

The serpent's true mission is division. He wants to wreak havoc and destroy anything I have established and this lie was his first tool of division.

Know this… I only want and do what is best for you. Do not take the bait, do not believe this lie. Reject the lie and rely on My love. I know what is best for you and will not lead you astray. Satan is the liar, I am your Lover!

Application: What will I do about it?

Access grace, love, power and authority through the Holy Spirit and live a new life in Jesus’ name. This is God’s gift to us. He reversed the effects of the lie and you no longer have to live under its power. Renounce any lies you have believed out loud. Use this declaration to do it: ⬇️

I declare that I am no longer under the power of the lie that {God withholds what is best for me}. It's the serpent who wants to destroy me. God only wants what is best for me. I am a child of God and through the Holy Spirit am free from the effects of this lie. I am free, healed, loved and empowered in Jesus name.

Prayer:

Father God, thank You for exposing this lie to us. We no longer are held under the belief that you withhold from us. The serpent is the one who steals, kills and destroys, You give life, peace and abundance. That's who You are and what You do! We are Your kids. We have all that we need in You. Amen!
