Title: “Combat and Carry Out”

Scripture: 2 Thessalonians 3:3,13

3 But the Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen and protect you from the evil one. 13 But as for you, brethren, do not grow weary of doing good.

Observation: What is God saying to me?

Our enemy prowls around looking to devour and destroy. You have an enemy in the land who hates Me, therefore My enemy is your enemy. The evil that seeks to destroy you and your family has been working against Me from the beginning. His time is short. I will not let you be overcome by evil, rather, I will strengthen and protect you from the evil one. Keep your heart and mind in a steadfast position toward Me. Fix your eyes and partner with Me to destroy the works of the enemy and rescue people from the grasp of darkness.

Application: What will I do about it?

It is time to elevate the Lord publicly like never before. We have been beaten down by the evil one, sometimes yielding to his deception, tactics and lies. This ends now! Today we gather strength from the Lord and begin to proclaim like never before that the Lord Jesus Christ has made a way through the darkness and into His marvelous light.

Prayer:

Holy Spirit of the Living God, fall fresh on us today. You are strong and no weapon formed against You will prosper. We are your children, we stand in your protection. Guard us as we lift up and proclaim Your name to all who would listen. Amen!

I Am Grateful For… Protection from the evil one and strength to carry out the work of the Lord.
