Title: “Voice Commands”

Scripture: Hebrews 5:14

But solid food is for the mature, who because of practice have their senses trained to discern good and evil.

Observation: What is God saying to me?

I did not birth you to stay a baby. You were reborn with the seed that will allow you to grow into the fullness of maturity. Growth requires food, water and obedience. You have to take in the food and water to grow. You must obey my voice commands. Like an athlete being trained to perform, you move and you act when I speak out the voice command. This will lead to maturity and allow you to grow into the human I have created you to be.

Application: What will I do about it?

Being in God's presence and tuning our ears to hear His voice command is not an option, it is a requirement. We must grow to love His voice and obey His commands. Train and grow in this through writing down what you hear and how you will respond.

Prayer:
Father, thank You for Your commanding voice. We want to hear from You, please speak and guide our direction and growth, in Jesus’ name! Amen.
