Neal’s Lit Word

Title: “As He Is”

Scripture: Psalm 47:1

O clap your hands, all peoples; Shout to God with a voice of Joy.
For the Lord Most High is to be feared, a great King over all the earth.

Observation: What is God saying to me?

See Me as I am. I want to open your eyes to see who I really am. I will correct your view of Me so you can draw more near to Me. The world is continually distorting the way people see Me. My Holy Spirit is the gift that grants you the ability to see Me as I am.

Application: What will I do about it?

Call upon God with your heart, mind and body. Clap, shout, sing, praise and cause your body to move in ways that honor Me. In doing this I will show you who I am more and more over time. Train yourself to move in My direction every day.

Prayer:

Jesus, You sacrificed Your body for us. You physically offered your body on the cross to defeat darkness and release light to the world. Bring this passion out in me. I yield my heart, mind and body to serve, worship and praise You privately and publicly. In Jesus’ name. Amen

I Am Grateful For… to see Him more clearly through praise.
