Neal’s Lit Word

Title: “Strength to Endure”

Scripture: Mark 13:13

And you will be hated by all on account of My name, but the one who endures to the end, he shall be saved.

Observation: What is God saying to me?

These are sobering words to read, especially in a world where people want to be loved and received instead of hated and rejected. Endurance is only possible with the help of the Holy Spirit. When we lean into the love and mercy of God, He gives us strength to endure by the power of His Spirit.
Nothing that comes against you will prosper as you place your trust and life in His care both in word and deed.

Application: What will I do about it?

Today I will fast and pray as a form of seeking the face and favor of God.
I will use my imagination as a playground to interact with God and watch Him move mountains right out from in front of me.

Prayer:

Jesus, You are the highly favored One, yet You were rejected and hated by many. I want to walk with You, learning how to lead those who are called and chosen while enduring through hatred and rejection, all while being highly favored and loved by God. Your way is my way, I declare it by the power of the Holy Spirit. Amen!

I Am Grateful For… Endurance and Favor
